As a Grade A building, GIA is up to code on all building safety regulations in case of fires and emergencies . Security and safety standards are compliant with British and US standards (BSEN & NFPA). Each floor is equipped with the most recent security and prevention technologies to ensure tenant safety. This includes 6 CCTV cameras,  smoke detectors, emergency lighting, emergency phones in case of fire directly wired to security main control, sprinklers on each floor, pressurized staircases in case of smoke, and much more.
